1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HSCR Research & Technologies ("HSCR", "we", "us") website, engineering simulators, 3D models, and related content (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who can use the Services

The Services are intended for students, educators, engineers, and organisations evaluating our education, R&D, or net-zero consulting offerings. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Simulators are for engineering guidance only

Our simulators, calculators, and 3D models are built to support learning and preliminary engineering judgment. They are simplified models of real physical systems and are provided "as is," for educational and directional guidance only. They are not a substitute for detailed engineering analysis, professional review, or applicable codes and standards. You must independently verify any result before relying on it for design, procurement, safety, or operational decisions. HSCR is not responsible for outcomes arising from decisions made solely on the basis of simulator output.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent simulator output as verified, certified, or production-ready engineering data;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the simulators or underlying models without our written permission;
• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or third-party right; or
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Services.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the simulators, calculation engines, 3D/VR models, articles, and site design, is owned by or licensed to HSCR and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or a licence to redistribute, that content beyond your own personal or institutional use of the Services as intended. Any institutional licensing arrangement is governed by its own separate agreement.

6. Third-party content and links

The Services may reference third-party research, publications, or links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and referencing it does not imply endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HSCR and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including reliance on simulator output. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
